These versatile Postnatal Recovery Bike Shorts are ideal to wear as an undergarment for exceptional support post-birth for postnatal mums.

Designed from our signature smoothing and squat-proof compression fabric, in conjunction with a women's health physiotherapist, these tights will assist in reducing swelling and muscle soreness after delivery, as well as provide core support for postnatal exercise.

Compression garments are recommended for new mums following childbirth to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce swelling and reduce post-pregnancy related aches and pains. Our Recovery styles are designed for use in the first 8-10 weeks after birth, however, we know that everyone’s post-birth experience will be different. The Recovery Tight is not suitable for and should not be worn during pregnancy.
